But, we know CBD and CBG isn’t for everyone, so we have a no-hassle, 30-day returns policy if you change your mind. All we ask is for your item/s to be returned unused and in the original packaging. No returned products are ever resold. Whatever you return to us, we inspect it, empty the bottle/s and dispose of the packaging in an ecological way.
Once your return is back with us, we’ll send you an email to let you know. We’ll then examine your return and send you a second email to say whether your return has been approved. If a refund has been issued, it’ll be processed back on to your original form of payment. It can take up to 30 days for the money to appear back in your account.
If you don’t see your refund hit your account right away, don’t panic. Double check your bank/credit card account or speak to your bank/credit card company, as it can take a few days for a processed credit to be posted to your account. If the money still hasn’t appeared in your account, drop us an email at [email protected] and we’ll sort it.
