Delivery and Returns
When will my order get here?
Once you’ve made your order, you should expect it at your door within 2 to 4 working days (but this can vary depending on the time of year and holidays). If you live in the UK, our products are shipped within 2 working days and tracked via Royal Mail or DPD. If you’re overseas, please bear in mind you might have to pay an additional charge.
At the time of shipping, we send products across the UK and to countries that meet local and national laws.
Returns
At Puregenics, we’re committed to giving you high-quality products with the best ingredients. But, we know CBD and CBG isn’t for everyone, so we have a no-hassle, 30-day returns policy if you change your mind. All we ask is for your item/s to be returned unused and in the original packaging. No returned products are ever resold. Whatever you return to us, we inspect it, empty the bottle/s and dispose of the packaging in an ecological way.
Once your return is back with us, we’ll send you an email to let you know. We’ll then examine your return and send you a second email to say whether your return has been approved. If a refund has been issued, it’ll be processed back on to your original form of payment. It can take up to 30 days for the money to appear back in your account.
If you don’t see your refund hit your account right away, don’t panic. Double check your bank/credit card account or speak to your bank/credit card company, as it can take a few days for a processed credit to be posted to your account. If the money still hasn’t appeared in your account, drop us an email at [email protected] and we’ll sort it.
